How do I earn interest with a Bask Interest Checking Account?
Bask Bank uses your daily Bask Interest Checking Account balance to calculate interest each day and interest is paid monthly.
Will I be charged if I use an ATM?
With your Bask debit card, you can access more than 55,000 surcharge-free ATMs nationwide1. If you're prompted to accept a surcharge, select "yes" and proceed with your withdrawal. You will not be charged, or we will refund your fee.
Can I use my Bask Interest Checking account to schedule bill payments?
With Bill Center, you can conveniently manage, schedule, and track your payments in Online Banking. To access Bill Center, log in to Online Banking and select Account Services from the menu, then Bill Center. Follow these steps to set up a bill payment:
Click Add a New Biller in the Manage Billers section and enter the name of your biller in the search.
If your biller is not listed, click Add Biller Manually and enter the account details.
Once complete, you'll be redirected to a success page.
Is there a fee to pay bills through Bill Center?
There is no fee for scheduled payments debited from your Bask Interest Checking Account. Payments made using your debit card may incur various card convenience fees, depending on the biller.
When will I receive my new debit card?
Please allow seven to 10 business days for your new debit card to arrive after you’ve submitted your order request.
How do I activate my debit card?
Call 800.992.3808 and follow the prompts to activate your debit card. If you’re having trouble activating your card, contact Customer Support at 833.260.4320 to speak to a representative.
What do I do if my debit card was lost or stolen?
To report your debit card as lost or stolen, please contact Customer Support at 833.260.4320 and select the option for debit card.
How do I request a new or replacement debit card?
To order a replacement card, please contact Customer Support at 833.260.4320 and select the option for debit card.
What is Digital Wallet and how does it work?
Digital wallet is a secure way to store your debit card on your mobile device to make purchases in-store, online, or through compatible apps with just a tap or a click. It adds an extra layer of convenience and security to your transactions.
How can I order checks for my Bask Interest Checking Account?
To order checks for your Bask Interest Checking Account, log in to Online Banking from a web browser and follow the steps below:
- From the menu, select Account Services then Order Checks.
- Choose the account you would like to order checks for.
- Follow the prompts to be redirected to our preferred check supplier, Deluxe, where you can confirm the details of your checks and place your order.
When ordering checks online through a third-party service, you’ll need to include our ABA routing number and your Bask checking account number in your order request.

To ensure your checks are printed properly, some online check printers may ask for a deposit slip, voided check or a Magnetic Ink Printing Specifications (MICR) sheet. If required, complete the highlighted fields of the MICR form and submit it with your order request.
Check ordering is not currently available through the Bask Bank mobile app. Price of exclusive Bask Bank checks may vary based on the selections made at the time of order. One book includes 25 checks.
